Spatial Data Infrastructure, ADSIC, Abu Dhabi – UAE

An example of Navmatica’s consulting activities in the GCC is an award-winning project done for Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Center (ADSIC) where Navmatica provided Consulting services in the form of a Solution Architecture. Navmatica established the Development Framework for Abu Dhabi Spatial Data infrastructure (AD-SDI) where a framework has been designed upon which the spatial services and applications being deployed in the AD-SDI could be developed. These included web applications, mobile handheld applications and desktop applications. The work resulting from this project received a prestigious international ESRI award.
