Marassi EMAAR, Egypt

Established in 1997, EMAAR properties, based in the UAE, is currently the largest land and real estate corporate in the Persian Gulf region. EMAAR decided to invest in the gorgeous Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay right by the Mediterranean coast in Egypt. EMAAR ended up building the breathtaking and largest (6.5 million m²) resort in the Arab World, called Marassi. It offers a 3 km coastline and a 600,000 m² private beach. Marassi features Armani designed villas, the first of its kind, in addition to seven different International Hotels. Navmatica participated by providing the design of sixty five 5-storey recreational buildings and a number of multi-storey parking buildings using state of the art structural design.
